Jackie Johnson started Alpha & Omega CS &C in 2016 with the intent of providing top-quality Nitrogen delivery services to Odessa and the Permian Basin. Since then, he has expanded the company to include new and used machine rentals, mobile service trucks, and financing options.

Mike Flowers has over 50 years of experience in the heavy equipment and rental industry. Using his knowledge, Alpha & Omega have expanded out of Odessa across Texas.

As chief financial officer, Brian Andres is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, and corporate finance. He also oversees and manages all human resources and facilities activities. His career spans more than 25 years of varied experience in audit and financial management.

Prior to joining Alpha and Omega, Brian started his accounting career with the accounting firm Arthur Andersen. He later served in various management positions for companies including Landry’s Inc., Group 1 Automotive, and Team Industrial Services.  

Brian holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston – Clear Lake, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Howard University. He’s a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
